"Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ..." 2 Corinthians 2:14a
With Jesus joy, I welcome you to the last week in the month of March. This week doubles as the Holy or Passion Week.
The week is heralded by the Palm Sunday, a day when we commemorate the triumphant entry of our Lord Jesus into Jerusalem.
It is amazing to know that Jesus entered Jerusalem, with the key of triumph. Even before the battle,He has the key to victory.
Beloved, we are not in a mood of mourning, rather we are celebrating the triumph which Jesus won for us on calvary.
Triumph can be defined as the Victory, Success and Winning you experience over any and all battles of life that may come your way.
Whether we like it or not; whethr we believe it or not; whether we are prepare for it or not, as long as we here on earth, there will always be a battle for us to fight.
Being a child of God, spirit filled, tongue talker, demon chasing or prayer warrior does not stop battles from raging.
The good news is that when battles come, we have an assurance of triumph.
Our text, 2 Corinthians 2:14a says God always give us triumph.
Take note of the word "always". For God to always give us triumph means we are always fighting battle.
By the reason of the triumph Jesus won for us, I declare your absolute triumph over every battle presently contending with you and your family.
You cannot enjoy the power of triumph, if you are not in a relationship with the God of Triumph. John 15:33
For every battle you fight, there is always a corresponding word of triumph in the Bible. Until, you locate the word meant for you, you may get choked up in the battle of life. Joshua 1:8.
There is a realm of prayer called "Warfare". It is a yoke breaking prayer. It is a realm of prayer, where the judgement of God is released on every forces con tending with you. This type of prayer is not for lazy brethren neither is it for brethren who are gentle spiritually. Rather it is for brethren who are violent in the spirit. Mathew 11:12.
